Gay Lynn McCrady serves with SIM as an occupational therapist and as the Director of the Healing Touch Clinic. The clinic provides pressure garments and therapy for burn patients to help prevent or reduce burn scars and contractures. She is also involved in discipleship and vocational training for teenage girls in one of their urban ministry care centers for orphans and vulnerable children.
