Crossover Basketball

Crossover Basketball is an ongoing ministry of Temple Bible Church that exists to glorify God by presenting various opportunities for both children and adults to learn, compete, and grow through the great game of basketball. These opportunities include summer day camps, weekly basketball outreach, 3-on-3 basketball tournaments, basketball clinics both locally and globally.

Rwanda Crossover Camp

Our newest Crossover Basketball initiative is the Rwanda Crossover Camp. Over the past 10 years, God has blessed us with growing relationships among the amazing churches in the Base Region of Rwanda. One of those relationships is with a young man named Eric. Our relationship with Eric has blossomed into an ongoing internship including regular basketball training along with Bible studies with the players. In an effort to come alongside Eric in his Gospel outreach, we will be taking a team over to Rwanda to help him run two separate camps in the capital city of Kigali and also in the Base Region. We are so excited about our first ever Rwanda Crossover Camp taking place this September! Check out some ways you can support this effort below.

As a result of our close relationships in the basketball community in Rwanda, we have the opportunity to personally support specific players in the community. As we journey over to the beautiful country of Rwanda, we have the distinct opportunity to train over 100 local pastors in developing and implementing a local sports outreach ministry. During this two day conference, our TBC team will share specific strategies and tips on using the gift of sports to reach kids and adults with the great news of the Gospel.
