Taming the Lions
No doubt the most familiar passage in Daniel is the story of Daniel in the lion's den. Every kid that ever attended Sunday School loved hearing how Daniel survived the night with the lions. When future generations would read this story, it would give them great hope that God could protect them from as they faced "lions".
