Christ is not keeping the man-made rules of the Jewish hierarchy and they’re mad! He has touched a leper, eaten with a tax-collector, healed Gentiles and claimed to be sent by God. Now He has the audacity to violate their rules, not God’s Law, but man’s rules regarding the Sabbath.
