Luke 11:29-54

“Give me proof, but don’t mention repentance.”

ACT 1: The Wicked Generation

• The Request: This generation seeks for a sign (Luke 11:29).
• The Answer: No sign will be given except the sign of Jonah.
• The Verdict: Something greater than Solomon and Jonah is here (Luke 11:32).

ACT 2: The Light in You

• Be careful lest the light in you be darkness (Luke 11:35).

ACT 3: Jesus’ Interactions

• Now you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup… but inside you are full of greed and wickedness (Luke 11:39).

“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.”
