Women’s Ministry Leader

Temple Bible Church is seeking a passionate and mature follower of Christ to direct our women’s ministry.

This role is an opportunity to shepherd, lead, and invest in the women of our church family, helping them grow in Christ, build meaningful community, and walk faithfully in every season of life. We are looking for someone who loves the local church, aligns with TBC’s doctrine and philosophy of ministry, and desires to serve alongside our pastoral staff and elders as part of a unified leadership team.

This role will provide spiritual oversight to our women’s ministry, care for and develop leaders, and help establish vision and direction for the future. This role includes teaching, shepherding, coordinating ministry initiatives, and building a strong Women’s Leadership Team that helps guide the ministry with wisdom and clarity.
