Change lives worldwide by mobilizing, preparing and sending Christ-centered, fully-funded laborers into the harvest.

Strategies:

• Care on the field and at home for current and future workers.
• Evangelize, Establish, Equip and Extend among identified peoples.
• Encourage and honor global participation by the TBC body.
• Train and send short-term teams.
• Wise stewardship of available resources.
• Quality global outreach educational and awareness programs.
• Support selected local ministries.
• Recruit, prepare and place mature TBCers into selected global ministries.
• Develop working partnerships with approved sending agencies.
